Professional Consult Pods & Clinic Rooms: As part of our research, we found patients had no privacy when discussing their health in store, which led us to create ‘Consult Pods’, Away from the shop floor, patients can discuss their concerns with a Pharmacist and if required, be transferred to our larger clinic rooms, where a Nurse Practitioner is on standby in every Complete Care Pharmacy.

Efficient Production Area: At the heart of the pharmacy is the production area which separates the main dispensary from patient facings activities, creating an uninterrupted work space to dispense bulk prescriptions. This section is resourced by technicians with Pharmacist supervision.
